Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping with us. This Shipping Policy applies to all physical products, including books and cosmetic products. Digital products are delivered electronically and do not require shipping.

BY PURCHASING YOU AGREE AND ACKNOWLEDGE TO:

• Please allow 3–5 business days for your order to be processed before shipment. Processing times do not include weekends or holidays.

• Shipping times begin after your order has been processed, not on the date the order was placed.

• Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information at the email address provided during checkout, when tracking is available.

• Please make sure your name, shipping address, apartment/unit number, and other delivery information are correct before completing your purchase.

• We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, weather conditions, holidays, incorrect addresses, or other circumstances outside of our control.

INCORRECT OR INCOMPLETE ADDRESS

Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping information at checkout. If an order is returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping fees may be required before the order can be shipped again.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

Once tracking shows that an order has been delivered, we are not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after delivery.

If your tracking information shows that your package is still in transit, delayed, or missing, please contact the shipping carrier for additional information. We will provide available order or tracking information when appropriate to assist with the issue.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ORDERS

If your physical order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery.

Clear photos of the product, shipping packaging, and any damage may be required before we can review your claim and determine the appropriate resolution.

DIGITAL PRODUCTS

Digital products are not shipped. They are delivered electronically to the email address provided at checkout or made available for download after purchase.
